CHALLENGE
I built ClarityAI to solve a problem I kept encountering: rewrite tools often feel unnecessarily slow.
The challenge was not just generating high-quality corrections, but building a resilient AI backend around multiple providers.
I implemented round-robin routing to distribute requests, automatic failover when a provider reaches its quota or becomes unavailable, and API rate limiting to protect the service from abuse and unexpected traffic.
OUTCOME
The result is a fast, resilient rewriting experience that keeps working when providers slow down, hit limits, or fail. ClarityAI turns multiple AI services into one reliable product.
