Since 2022, I have led product strategy, technical direction, and delivery of AI initiatives for Microsoft’s global data-center supply-chain planning teams. I identify high-impact opportunities and work with engineering, planning, and business stakeholders to turn operational needs into product priorities and roadmap decisions.

The Supply Chain Agent combines interactive data visualization with AI-powered root-cause analysis, helping planners understand week-over-week changes and identify underlying causes. This AI-driven solution is estimated to save approximately 40 hours per user each month.
